- How does your jurisdiction treat or recommend treating right turn volumes from the minor street at an intersection when evaluating signal warrants?
- Has your jurisdiction used video detection at signalized intersections? If “yes,” indicate your experience so far with video detection with regard to cost, reliability, and accuracy.
- When measuring sight distances at intersections (two-way stop controlled), does your jurisdiction consider parked cars at the curb close to the intersection as obstructions?
- How frequently are counts (turning, classification and pedestrians) taken at the most important signalized intersections in your jurisdiction?
